Bug e-mail notifications

Hi,
my colleague Laura Beccaccini doesn't received e-mail notification by jira (

jira@e-one.atlassian.net)

Her e-mail address is: laura.beccacini@e-one.it
Could you please help us to find the bug?

We're not support, we have less access to your system than you do.

I am guessing here that other people are getting email from Jira, and Laura is not.  If this is the case, then the problem is

* Laura is not configured to get notifications - check the project settings and notifications
* Laura is the one making the changes and has "email me when I make changes" turned off in her profile
* It's going to spam in her email client
* There's something on your email server dropping the email for some reason
