I did the upgrade on jira 7.12.1. after that my installed APPs will not work anymore (Jira software and Jira service desk). The message appears, the app is licensed but it can not be installed. i also remove the plugins from installed-plugins. But the apps can not be installed. Any idea?

Thank you for providing this but unfortunately this doesn't appear to be the part specifically relevant to your issue.

My recommendation is to tail the logs, and then trigger the error again, noting the timestamp. Then, you'll want to look for the line that will start with ERROR (and not WARN, per your snippet), and the lines through the one that starts with "Caused by:".
