why the data is not clear tabular form when exporting through csv all fields in jira?

When we export the data from cvs current fields the data is readable but exporting through csv all fields the data exported is not clear and not readable.

There is no exact rows for the custom fields. Please suggest on this.

How can this be resolved.

Per your description, I understand that your fields are not being exported in the expected CSV format when you choose the option to export CSV (All fields).

Without further investigation, the only thing I can think is that some fields indeed have different formats than others, like select lists (multiple choices) and Cascading lists.

For example, if you have multiple options selected for a select list field, it will display in the CSV with multiple columns related to the same select list, however, pointing to the different options added to it.

Another thing that might be causing your issue is some possible limitations of the software you are using to visualize the CSV file, like characters per cell or number of columns/rows.

That being said:

1 - Could you please be more specific about which fields are not displaying in the format you expected and how they are displaying to you? If possible, provide us some examples so we can better understand what you are seeing.

2 - Can you check if that same fields displaying the data in a different format also display wrong content when adding them with the option "Export CSV (Current fields)"? 

3 - Can you check if the same problem happens when using a different software to visualize the CSV file?
