Hi all.
if the performer transfers the task to work (in progress), then I want to check that he has filled in the "original estimates" field. But when setting up transition rule, I don't see it in the dropdown list. What do I need to do to make it appear? I'm using jira cloud
Hello @Alexey Eropkin ,
Some fields are not seen in the automation dropdown, it means they cannot be configured using the automation screen.
you can try to look at this place -- https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/advanced-field-editing-json/
My though on this is :
the original estimate field is an interlinked field with many jira core and fields, which is responsible to update many graphs and reports, hence it is not available for direct selection.
