Hi @Deepika

When you say form are you talking about the create issue screen that asks the user to fill in the fields?

You can modify that screen if you want. Adding new fields to the form won't impact other fields. If that is what you wanted to know.

hello

Yes i am talking about  creating issue screen that asks the user to fill in the fields

So when the user edits or add the new field then it should not get affected or gets added to the existing one and it should get created with the new one followed with the existed one as an another copy

is it possible in this way?

Thanks!

Are you talking about editing values in the existing issues? In that case the new values entered will replace the old ones but there is a history where you can see all the past changes.

So you mean there will be copy always of the old one when there is a new field gets added?

the 2copies will be

the old one

and the new one will get added the fields with the old one

is this right?

Thanks!

It is not a copy but more like a new version of the issue. When you say new field added? Are you talking about the value in the field right?
