Tying to setup an Automation between 2 projects

Hi,

 

Iam trying to setup and Automation i have 2 projects (internal and external)  if i update a value in field for external project its should update same value in internal project its failing on Linked in condition , i used If Condition (which issues to fetch from external) and added Related issue Condition Linked issue is cloned by

 

NOTE :-  Already there is an automation working where when a issue is created in external project it creates a clone issue in internal project so used that link cloned by

Hello @Sanjivani Wayal 

Whenever asking for help with an Automation Rule please provide an image of the full automation rule, and the details of the Audit Log for an execution of the rule showing the error you are encountering.

When you say "internal" and "external" project do you mean the Jira projects are on different Jira systems?
