Signature in Comment

Hi,

we are having the problem that we almost enter the same text while commenting on a issue. I would like to have a signature like in outlook on my comment box. Some thing like this:

Name+Deparment

Telefon#

Website URL

...

We are using JIRA 6.4.12.

Does any one have an idea.

The one reviewer stated he couldn't use this for JSD. I couldn't get this to work even for a Jira Core issue. 

Is this for on premise only? I am using Jira Cloud.

Thank you for your question. This extension is created to work on the premise version. At the moment i cannot give any update if we will develop the extension further. We posted the code on Github, feel free to adjust it to your needs.

The same feature was requested to Confluence about this one (see https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-26308) and they said they are not doing it. Maybe you can try requesting the same for JIRA?  I'm not sure if there is something in the marketplace, but a quick search said there's none like it.

Thanks for comments Gabrielle. I find some e-signiture plugIns but that was not the one I am looking for. I am hoping may for some javascript code or something like that.
