Scriptrunner upgrade wiped out fields and data

We have used the Adaptavist ScriptRunner  Add-on in order to capture rich text paragraphs (like we see with Description, long paragraphs with bullets and other nice formatting options).

ScriptRunner's support for this field type was deprecated, and in the 6.4 version removed altogether. These facts were not known until today when we observed QA's tickets are missing the key fields like Current Behavior and New Behavior, Change Summary etc.

A review of the logs indicate ScriptRunner was upgraded from 5.9.1 to 6.4.0 on July 5 at 11:19pm. At this point we have some or our Projects that are missing the fields and data.

We need to know if we can roll back the add-on version to the older one and if so, how do we do that.  Also, need to know if the fields and data that went missing are gone for good.
