I need to create a query with filter hours by updatedDate 03:00PM to 23:00PM for every day during a year, how can I do this?Thank you!

You cannot do that with out of the box Jira queries using JQL. You may want to investigate the marketplace for add-ons to scripting to help: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/
