That is what you are looking for:

Basically, the link is the same for all versions, just change the version accordingly at the end of the link (instead 7.12.3).

Also, this is for both core and software, there are additional separate documentation to only software (agile) and service desk

I have a follow up question. Do the API's differ from Cloud / OnPremise? I am trying to develop a custom app with JIRA Core 7.12.3 API's for an OnPremise instance and wondering if I can develop/test using a cloud instance and then deploy the app to connect to an OnPremise JIRA server as we don't have any JIRA onpremise for testing.Not sure if this approach will work for all use cases , are there any any fundamental differences for Cloud and OnPremise instances?
