the automation you mentioned is only for cloud. we have server.

it is not only for Jira cloud, it is built-in in JSD server. 
The screenshoots on the image are from jira server.

unfortunately you are wrong. this works only for cloud. here is the screenshot form the dropdown possibilities from server. create issue is not among them.

@Natalia Lezhai my apologies, you are right:
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-4673

I use add-ons such as exocet or automation for Jira on a software/core project, they should work on JSD also.

I tried Automation for jira, but it does not work with lite, only pro addition.
