Issues channel statistics

Hello,

I am looking for the pourcentage of issues created in Jira, Portal and Email.

The information is in the issue, it is the channel, but I don't find a solution to export and analyse it ?

Thanks for your help.

Hello Olivier,

If you are using Jira Service Management and have less than 1000 issues from each channel, you could access this information the following way :

From the advanced search, use the "request-channel-type" function and count the number of results :

If you have more than 1000 results, you'll have to repeat the operation several times (by filtering by date for instance)

Let me know if this helps,

Guilhem

Thanks Guilhem this is what I was looking for.
