Hello,

Is it possible to find where an issue collector is used? For example, a project might be placing their issue collector in Confluence, another project might add their issue collector on Sharepoint. We would need to know how many are on Sharepoint, to try to move them to other places.

Please let me know if there are any possibilities.

Thank you.

Hey @arama mihai

Not that I know of, considering the embed code is something you can take and embed somewhere else and there's no linkage back.

My suggestion (as painful as it could be depending on how many collectors) is that if you are looking to audit and move/disable your issues collectors from various source:

  1. Simply make a copy of the ones you want to keep
  2. Add the location of where they will be embedded in the description.
  3. Then disable the original one.

You could always go next level and record locations in a confluence page, but that is also more admin.
