Is it possible to extract the burndown graphs (or data) and cumulative flow diagram for external use

I would like to build a dashboard with burndown and cumulative flow information and I need to have this information from jira

These charts in Jira are generated at the time they are requested.  To rebuild them in another system, you'll need to read all the Jira issues affected in your other system, and work out how to build and draw the charts in there.
