According to the URL, it looks like it's a Jira Server instance and not a Jira Cloud (it has the address yxz.atlassian.net), so I fixed the ticket label for you.
About your problem - I would need a slightly more detailed description of your problem and possibly a Screen. But I would say that according to the description of the behavior, it looks like a possible problem with your browser, did you try to repeat the same action in another browser?
