I want to use labels twice in an advanced query.

I want to search for JIRAs that contain a doc-impact label and in the same query filter out JIRAS  that have a uad-jira label. I don't want to see JIRAs that contain both of these labels.

Labels = doc-impact and labels != uad-jira

should do the trick
