We have ticket for issue type Like to Like and i see that there is no status/transition mentioned as Resolve issue but i see that in ticket. How to remove that. Can anyone help me on this.
If you have to clear the resolution for the issue, please add the extra transition to either existing status or new status and add the post-function to clear the field when we transition to that status.
