How to download all attached files in the new view of issues?

I'm using Jira Cloud. (Google Chrome, last version)

I need to download all of attached files in an issue. New version has not available an option to do it. Old version has the option to perform this task. I attached a comparison for both options. Is there any solution in the new version for it?

Unfortunately, there is no option to download via the new issue view in Cloud. There's an open ticket that is currently being tracked by Atlassian: JRACLOUD-70033 - Ability to Manage and Download All Attachments in New Issue View

The workaround it is to use a URL hack, either:

  • https://<atlassian_cloud_url>/secure/ManageAttachments.jspa?id=ISSUE_ID
  • https://<atlassian_cloud_url>/secure/attachmentzip/ISSUE_ID.zip

To identify the ISSUE_ID, you would have to hover on either the Clone or Move option when viewing the issue and notice the ISSUE_ID at the very end of the URL.

They rolled out the feature for Jira Service Desk already! Still waiting for Software and Cloud, though...
