We are using the new issue view on Jira Cloud.
When I type a jira issue number (eg. ABC-123) in a comment, it does not automatically link to that issue. If I switch back to the old view, it renders the link properly.
Is there something I am missing?
Hello, @Serena Green
I had the same issue, but you can still link to an issue in comment section by clicking on + Link, Then a popup is displayed with your project issues and as you type it filters the tasks.
Hope this will help you
Good luck :)
Thank you - we did end up stumbling across the Link function, however it is a step backwards in functionality. The new issue view is terrible.
