How can I get a issue Attachment and put in a email attachment?

I'm using issue.getAttachments() to get the attachment from a issue. It's possible put this issue attachment as a email(com.atlassian.mail.Email;) attachment ?

issue.getAttachments() returns a Collection<Attachment>
