Filter Subscription emails

Hi Team,

My filter subscriptions are not triggering emails. I am receiving all the other emails except the one for the filter. Any reason why?

Check two things:

  • If the filter results are empty when the subscription is sent then it won't send unless you have the "Email this filter, even if there are no issues found" checkbox ticked.
  • Verify the schedule for the filter that it should have been sent.

You can also test it immediately by setting the schedule to Daily | Every 15 minutes to make sure it is sending when you expect it to.


I did all of that. I have been receiving emails for all other changes except for the filters.
