Downloading BigPicture Calendar View

Hey, 

I'm receiving the following error message when trying to download a Calendar View from my BigPicture...any suggestions on how I can resolve this would be greatly appreciated as I can't find anything online that mentions the use of the Export tool with the calendar, even inside the BigPicture documentation. I've also tried uploading a new template to test, but BigPicture doesn't allow for templates to be set with the Calendar module...Help!

Error Message Received:

Export Manager

Oops... we've got a problem!

Your template is not configured correctly and has failed 

Please contact support
