Does JIRA CORE have an API interface developed

Did the administrator disable the API call function？

On server the administrator can't disable api call. Are you on DC ? Cloud ? The licence is still active ?

The certificate is valid. This is a normal project management application in our company and is currently in use.

A 402 is an odd one, but it can be returned sometimes when a system does not recognise the call you have made.

What exactly are you trying to do?
