What are the default issue types supported by Jira Service Desk (Data Center)
I am specifically looking for "Change Request" issue type. I could see "Change Request" is supported in Cloud version but not sure whether Data Center version supports the same?
Can someone please confirm?

You can always create new request types, if you need them. That is why Data Center also supports it.
