Can you create a default view for a Dashboard?

When using a Dashboard, you can filter the data in the Dashboard in several ways. If you do so, the Dashboard keeps the new results. All good but is there a way to get back to the original result before any manipulation occurred. A Reset button as it where?

No, the dashboards are intended to be a dynamic view of "what is happening now"

@Hal Clay  It is not possible as dashboards always represent the dynamic data.
