Archive in Jira Core

We currently use Jira Core 8.13.3.

We are tying to follow steps to archive projects from Archiving an issue

We do not see the option to archive we only see the options to edit or delete.

Is this because we are using Jira Core?

Hi @Stephan Gruzinski,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Project archiving is only available if you have Jira Data Center, if you are running on Server this feature is not available. You can sort of simulate this on Server by changing the permission scheme so the project is only visible for users that have been added to a specific project role.
