What are the limitations of JIRA free account?

I got a JIRA account having ADMIN access and User access, I want to know how many users are allowed in this account and whether I will be able to get all JIRA access through this account?

Hi @Rajeeb Dhar and welcome!

You can find an overview of the different plans for Jira Software on this page. For Jira Work Management, you can find it here. Hope this helps.

Thanks a lot, I got everything I wanted to know in this page. Thank you Michel.

The Jira Free plan has the following limitations:

  • User limit: The free plan is limited to 10 users.
  • Storage limit: The free plan has a 2GB storage limit.
  • Email notifications: The free plan can send a maximum of 100 emails per day.
  • Audit logs: The free plan does not have access to audit logs.
  • Support: The free plan only offers community support.

If you need more than 10 users, more storage, or more features, you can upgrade to a paid plan. The paid plans start at $7.75 per user per month.
