Need to create Portfolio management Dashboard

Hello, How to create Portfolio management Dashboard?

I need to create Dashboard for all the Projects grouped under a portfolio. Do I need to purchase any plugin?

Could any one share the steps.

Thanks

Regards,

Kamaraj.P

@HCL Support welcome to the community.

If you wish to work on the portfolio level you'll indeed require a plugin for that.

Some of the most popular ones are Structure or BigPicture

You might also be able to do it with Advanced Roadmaps if you are on Premium but that is (imho) too restrictive. With one of the plugins I mentioned you'll be free to create own structure.

Hi Kamaraj,

You can use Confluence to create, check the below URL

Project Portfolio Dashboard

super helpful link thanks !!

I would recommend ScriptRunner for Jira or another add-on that enhances JQL. What little there is out-of-box in this area is not very useful, and you will need these queries for add-ons and reporting.

Hi Kamaraj,

You can try to create a filter using JQL for example given and use it in gadgets

Category=10101 and category = "Agile/ DevOps" and issuetype = Bug
