Hello Community! I'm Jenni from the Atlassian research team.

We're looking to speak with enterprise admins who are regular users of Atlassian administration features such as Data residency, Backup and restore, Audit logs and Release tracks.

What’s involved in the research:

During the session, the researcher will guide you through specific tasks and ask for feedback to improve the usability of our software.
Sessions are 1 hour and conducted via Zoom, so you can participate from anywhere around the world.
As a token of our appreciation, you'll receive an e-gift card worth $150 USD within 5 business days of completing your session. If you can't accept an e-gift card, a charity e-gift card or swag box can be arranged instead.

When are the next opportunities as we operate in a way that Altassian Jira / Confluence struggles to handle !

Admin is a crazy manual exercise over many individual entities as the tool does not allow cross project management/Admin in company projects.

I am certain I am not the only frustrated Admin !!
