How to share Program boards with others

Hi team,

we are done with our PI planning for Q1, 2022. We used the program board to share the plan with broader team during management review. How do I share this board with folks who don't have access to Jira Align. The Capture button seems to be doing nothing. is there a way so that folks not in Jira align can still see the program board content (a shareable link, pdf download etc)?

Hi @chinmay dipanker ,
Unfortunately, there is an open bug for the Capture tool:  [JIRAALIGN-3477] The "Capture" function does not work in the "Program Board" or "Work Tree" grids which I suggest you follow and click on "This affects my team".

So for now, the best way around this is to "Print to PDF".

@chinmay dipanker There isn't a way to shareable link to a non-Jira Align user.  The best way to share it is by creating a PDF by printing the image generated from the Capture button. I am noticing that the capture image is not generating for me when I click on the Capture button too. I recommend opening a support ticket with Atlassian support.
