I created my account through gmail account.When i going to get clone it ask for password which password i have to use.because it ask for password with given username
Use the password and username that you would use to login to Bitbucket account.
And one more thing it prompts for the password and username when you try to clone with https, what you can do is generate an ssh key and put your public key to your account which will overcome the usage of providing the password for the next time and after adding ssh key please ensure that you clone the repository with ssh url.
