How to fix folder name set to uppercase and git convert to lowercase

When executing the command 'git add *' the new repository was saved in lowercase.
Being that already existed another repository in uppercase with the same name.
How can I fix the repository name for uppercase?
Doing the 'clone repo' on windows it uses the same folder every time.
But there are two folders in the online repository.

I would like to merge the two folders by holding uppercase.

Thanks!

This widget could not be displayed.

I created a new folder, I moved all the content to this new folder.
Delete the AGIL and agil folders.
I applied 'commit' and 'push'
And renamed the new folder to AGIL.
