Bamboo 5.3 Git Submodule SSH authentication local agent home

Hi guys, having issue cloning submodule from GitHub in Bamboo 5.3, couldn't quite figure out how to resolve this.

So I've got Bamboo 5.3 installed on Windows Server 2008.

I understand that I'd need to add the private key in the local agent home folder. But I cannot find the directory.

There is ~/bamboo-home, which I have tried to copy the ~/.ssh directory over to ~/bamboo-home/.ssh without luck.

I can't seem to locate the local-agent-home directory, has it been deprecated in 5.3?
