GitHub integration in FishEye AOD: a more precise timescale?

Hello,

Github integration is absolutely essential for our organization, and I would appreciate a more precise timeframe for its integration, over an above the next few months.

We are evaluating AOD and impression is favourable. Exactly what we want (except GitHub) We hope to use the full suite in our organization with several hundred JIRA users, 50+ greenhopper/fisheye/bamboo etc. plus Confluence for all.

Can you be more precise on github support release?

I also saw in the related question:

https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/36892/can-i-use-a-github-repo-in-the-on-demand-version-of-fisheye

a plugin was recommended, but the link seems to be dead:

Hey Kieran,

Just wondering whether you are watching the feature request at: https://studio.atlassian.com/browse/JST-2090

As for the plugin, I have checked the link again, please give it a try:

The team is still working on this, but the best timeline is soon.."How soon? " you may wonder...I am unable to confirm.

Appreciate your kind patience :)

Hi Abdoulaye, I saw the feature request you mention above. But it contains no useful information for me in terms of either dates/candidate builds etc. I see a lot of unhappy people commenting on it.

Do you have the means to contact the development team to get more concrete delivery schedule from them? My problem which I imagine is not unique to me, is that I need to make a decision relatively soon. For me, a promised feature with no visibility is the same as an unsupported feature.

Thanks again for your reply
