SpringMVC dispatcher [springMvc] could not be started

Question

* SpringMVC dispatcher [springMvc] could not be started
* bitbucket version 4.8.3
* Ive attempted the solution here but to no avail https://confluence.atlassian.com/stashkb/springmvc-dispatcher-could-not-be-started-317195549.html
* This issue is the result of attempting to upgrade bitbucket to 5.4 and find that it would work with https/ssl so I tried to revert back to the 4.8.3 version.
* Can you please provide some assistance?

Hi James, keep in mind that the solution proposed in that article is referring to Stash (old version of Bitbucket Server) so if you're using Bitbucket Server, that will not help. In your case you should try: $ cd /var/atlassian/application-data/bitbucket $ chown -R atlbitbucket:atlbitbucket * Which is documented in this other article. Let us know if this worked for you.
