In a Devops context, Who is the responsible for the automation tasks ? more exactly in the case of "pipeline as a code" in jenkins . who is supposed to do this task ? the devoloper or the operator ? who is the actor ?

Hi, Richa,

I asked an expert, and he explained the operator/admin is the one responsible for the automation tasks. He also explained that In DevOps the developers should never put their hands on the infrastructure.
