Unavailable node shown in create support zip page

Atlassian Troubleshooting and Support Tools plugin: 1.14.3

Jira DC: 7.6.9

Environment: Jira Development

Cluster nodes:

  • node1 and node2 are alive
  • node3 and node4 are not alive


Jira DC has 2 available nodes in development environment.  We're not sure why it shown four nodes in create support zip page.  This's not normal situation or default has node1 ~ node4?

I think I get the answer.  When we do the refresh from Production to Development, it will restore 4 nodes information to DB of Development.  Actually, development only has three nodes.  The follow with Atlassian KB, we fix this situation on Dev.  Please refer to
