Hi I am planning to move from confluence 3.5.17 to confluence 4.1 or 4.3.
I just want to know what is the prime difference between 4.1 and 4.3 . so that i can decide whether to go to 4.1 or 4.3

Agreed, no matter what version you decide on, even if it's just "the latest, because my users want that", then you need to read the release notes for each intermediate version.
