Would it be possible to use user filter function only get specific account to change accoung format ?

(&(objectCategory=Person)(sAMAccountName=*)(!(cn=Rajesh thiran)))

We try it , but we found it can not only get specific account to change format

The information provided in the description and what is the screenshot does not seem to relate, therefore could you please provide more information as to what you are trying to accomplish using user search filter?

As a side note, when building the user search filter, it is good practice following filter suggested by Microsoft, so you guarantee you are retrieving only users. More information on Querying for Users documentation.
