unable to deactivate accounts

HiI try to deactivate accounts but I have the following error, 
I don't know what to do?

Hi @Romain TEF ,

you Confluence is connected to some external user directory, is that correct? When you have this, it can be in read only mode, which means user data are read from this directory, but you cannot write from Jira to it. Probably your users need to be deactivated in this directory and after sync they will be also deactivated in Confluence.

Hi @Romain TEF ,

it means that user is coming from an external source (Active Directory) that is configured to be read only.

You need to deactive it on AD side.
