Hi experts on confluence,
I have a really annoying problem. We use Atlassian Companion for direct editing of attachment documents (Excel, Word, ...). After the first installation the user has to trust the app. For a user this trust is lost. A message appears, you have to trust the app, but the confirmation window does not appear. How can I restore the position of trust?
Thanks for your help, Jürgen
Is this what you searched for?
This clears all trusted domains. I think the user has then to trust again every domain.
Regards, Dominic
Hi @Jürgen Buchinger ,
Which version of Confluence are you using?
The trust confirmation window will be automatically closed once the file dialog opens with the file to edit. This was a design decision to minimise the number of windows Companion has open at once. Is this behaviour causing any functional problems? If the file opens in the file dialog, then that means that Companion has successfully connected to Confluence and thus trusts the instance.
Regards,
Alex

@Alex K , @Dominic Lagger , we could fix the problem.
Deinstall the Atlassian Companion app, delete all associated folders of the app, reinstall the app.
After this precedure the trust-window was shown and could be confirmed.
Thank you for your sugestions.
