pdf-Export - current timestamp of pdf creation in top/button

Is there any way to print the current timestamp (of pdf creation) into the header-/top- or footer-/botton-line in a pdf export?
Something like the variable "counter(page)" or "counter(pages)"? Where can we have a look on all available variables?
