Hello everyone,

We have two colleagues in our company who cannot log in to Confluence and Jira, even though the authorizations have been set up.

Please contact your administrator. Specify this error ID: (see Appendix)

are you the organizations admin? If so, have you inspected the users under user management? That is where I would start and if necessary reset the password.

We have removed both users several times and created new ones, but unfortunately it has not led to success. The same error message appears over and over again!
