import com.atlassian.confluence.it cannot be resolved.

A little new to the confluence API and trying to use class com.atlassian.confluence.it.mail.MailFacade but returns a "The import com.atlassian.confluence.it cannot be resolved".  I have the 

<dependency>

<groupId>com.atlassian.confluence</groupId>

<artifactId>confluence</artifactId>

<version>${confluence.version}</version>

<scope>provided</scope>

</dependency>

in my pom file, but are there additional ones required for this package?

Although the user faces another kind of import error, the workaround might be able to help you and resolve your issue as well.
