iOS Confluence App is not adhering to App Config

So I have a Confluence App and Jira App on iOS connecting to On Prem Servers

Jira works fine and Confluence works fine

I have deployed App config for both apps. Jira reads the app config with the predefined list of sites

The Confluence App is ignoring this site list

Bundle Identifier com.atlassian.confluence.server.app

iTunes ID 1288365159

I think theres a bug in the App. Using vering 1.7.0

Just found that the App Version needed is 1.8.0 https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/mobile-device-management-mdm-993923036.html
