{html} freeze all buttons and links on the page

I was trying to embed an html link using HTML macro.

After I publish my change, it displayed {html}.

The bigger problem is, all buttons and links on this page are also frozen. Including the space shortcuts on the left, the page path on top, the EDIT/save/watching/share/... buttons, everything became unclickable. 

As a result, I cannot even edit/delete this page. And this issue appears to all users who visit this page.

May I have any advise on this issue?

You may try the below steps:

1. Have the admin try to refresh the page and then ask a user to try to access.
2. If the above does not work, have the admin delete the page and recreate it. Or, perhaps delete the macro and recreate. 
3. If none of the above works, try to disable the macro from 'Manage add-ons' and enable it.
