how to set email server

When i add smtp server , it cannot send mail.  All setting and errors are in the attached file. Does somewhere i have not set correctly? How can i set a smtp with SSL.  I can't use port 25 because mail server do not support smtp with port 25, only support smtp with SSL,port 465.

This usually occurs when there is a firewall rule in-place.  I would start there and ensure that the port you are using is properly setup.
