How to add one button in system.content.button in page tools

I don't know exactly what you are describing, but a trick I use all the time is to make use of the "make.page" URL which you can put into the Chrome address bar. This creates a new Confluence page in the current or last folder you worked in. Perhaps you could make a button to trigger that? Good luck!
