Does anyone know how many page revisions the server will retain or should I be exporting and backing up externally?
It'll retain all revisions effectively.
Technically, there is a limit - what the database can handle. Most can handle more revisions than a human can generate if they spent their life editing a single page.
Thanks. I am needing to make two revisions a day. So it would appear I'm ok. Doing a compliance check of a document that rolls out in morning and new one in the afternoon.
