how do i restart the confluence installation from the beginning

I had to reinstall confluence.  I had a DB from first install still in place.  I tried reusing and it blew up. I stop the configuration rebooted the host and drop the original DB and created a new one.  Now I just want the configuration to restart from the beginning.

When Confluence starts up it looks for the file confluence.cfg.xml in the root of the home directory (defined in the following file: <confluence_install>/confluence/WEB-INF/classes/confluence-init.properties). If it does not find the  confluence.cfg.xml file, the setup wizard will start again.

My recommendation is to define a confluence.home that points to an empty directory, to which the user running Confluence has full permissions.
